Hands-on Implementation
The audit puts a dollar value on every fix. The implementation turns it into savings on your bill: 4–8 weeks inside your repo, highest-saving fixes first, with quality checked on every change.
4–8 weeks
From a priced fix list to savings on your bill
I work in your codebase and through your review process. Each change is measured in dollars against the audit baseline, with quality pass rate and latency held.

Savings that reach the bill
Highest $/month fixes ship first, each measured against the baseline.
Quality protected
Nothing merges unless quality holds on your test set.
Inside your repo
Changes go through your PR review, not into a slide deck.
Who it's for
- Seed to Series B SaaS teams with an LLM feature in production (US, EU, UAE, Singapore, ANZ)
- A ranked fix list from the audit, or a measured baseline and eval set of your own
- An engineer on your side who will own the code after handover
- Teams looking for a new product built from scratch. The implementation fixes and hardens a feature that's already live.
- Teams that want the work done outside their codebase. Everything ships in your repo, through your review.
- Teams that need 24/7 on-call cover. I build and hand over; your team runs it.
What the implementation covers
Lower AI spend
Model routing, caching and prompt trimming from the ranked fix list, highest saving first.
Fewer failures
Retrieval, prompts, tool calls and fallbacks: the reliability findings from the audit.
Quality gate
The golden eval set wired into CI, so model and prompt changes ship only when quality holds.
Cost you can see
Cost and quality per feature, on dashboards your team and leadership already use.
Done means: the changes are merged, quality holds, and the savings are measured in dollars against the audit baseline.
How the implementation runs
- phase 1
Rebaseline
Week 1. Repo access, the audit baseline re-measured on current traffic, and targets agreed with your team.
→ Current baseline and agreed targets
- phase 2
Gate
Week 2. The golden eval set wired into CI, so every later change is checked before it merges.
→ Eval gate running in CI
- phase 3
Ship
Weeks 3–7. Fixes from the ranked list, highest $/month first, each through your PR review and the eval gate.
→ Merged changes with before/after numbers
- phase 4
Hand over
Final week. Dashboards, docs and a walkthrough with the engineer who owns the code from here.
→ Handover pack, final numbers against the baseline
How I work in your codebase
- Work on a branch, merged through your normal PR review.
- Run every change against the golden eval set before it merges.
- Ship each change with a rollback plan.
- Hand over code, docs and dashboards your team owns.
What you provide
Under NDA. The agreement includes an anonymized case-study clause (industry, scale, relative metrics).
- Access to a branch in the feature's repo, with merges through your PR review
- A staging environment, or a way to run the eval set against a change
- Read access to the audit sources: billing exports, provider usage and traces
- An engineer on your side who will own the code after handover
- A weekly 30-minute check-in with the feature owner
After the implementation: ongoing
Optional. After two or more packages, the work can move to a monthly retainer.
Monthly review
Savings, quality and latency against the baseline, on one page your leadership can read.
Gated upgrades
New models and prompt changes, shipped through the eval gate.
Team pairing
Working alongside your engineers until they own the system.

- After two or more packages
- Measured by
- Dollar savings against the audit baseline, with quality and latency held
Questions
What return should we expect?
The audit's fix list already puts a monthly dollar estimate on each fix, so you choose packages knowing what they should save. The implementation ships the highest-saving ones first and reports the actual savings against the baseline, so you can see the return as it lands.
Do we need the audit first?
Usually, yes. The audit sets the baseline the implementation is measured against and produces the golden eval set that gates every change. If you already have a measured baseline and an eval set, we can start from those.
How long does it take?
4–8 weeks in total. Each package takes 2–4 weeks, and most implementations combine two or three.
How is it priced?
A fixed price per package, quoted from the audit's ranked fix list and billed separately from the audit. Anything outside the signed package gets its own price, agreed before the work starts.
Do you need write access?
Yes, for the implementation (the audit itself is read-only). I work on a branch and changes merge through your PR review, each gated by evals and shipped with a rollback plan.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything ships in your repo, with docs and dashboards, and an engineer on your side owns it after handover.
Which providers do you cover?
AWS (Bedrock) and direct API providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, inside your existing services and CI.
You're in India. How does the week run?
Calls Mon–Fri, 9 AM–7 PM IST: early morning US East, working hours EU, UAE and Singapore, afternoon ANZ. Between calls you get written async updates and pull requests to review.
Ask about the implementation
Book a free 30-minute cost check. Bring the audit report if you have one. You leave with a clear answer on what an implementation would cover and what it should save, or whether to start with the audit.
